Labor One is a leading provider of skilled labor solutions, specializing in the shipbuilding and industrial sectors. We are currently looking for experienced Pipe and Structural Welders to join our team at a shipyard in Channelview, TX.

Conditions:

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to work in an industrial shipyard environment (outdoor conditions, confined spaces, heights, etc.).
• Ability to work extended hours, including overtime and weekends if required.
• Must pass a welding test to demonstrate skills.
• Must follow all safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in welding with stick and flux-core.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of welding techniques, procedures, and industry standards.
• Knowledge of welding safety practices and the ability to operate welding equipment safely.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality welds.
• Prior experience in shipyard, industrial, or heavy fabrication environments is preferred.
