Job Description

Turn2 is urgently hiring specialty pipe welders and pipe fitters for an immediate start at Valero St. Charles. Candidates must have a valid TWIC card and be available to work 7-12s shifts, meaning seven days a week for 12-hour shifts. The pay rate for welders ranges from $52 to $110 per day, while pipe fitters earn between $50 and $110 per day

Required Conditions and Skills

Required Conditions:

- Must have a valid TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) Card

- Ability to work 7-12s shifts (12-hour shifts, 7 days a week)

- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

- Willingness to work in industrial, refinery, or construction environments

- Must be physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working in confined spaces

- Availability for immediate start

Required Skills for Pipe Welders:

- Proficiency in TIG, MIG, Stick, or specialized welding techniques

- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and welding specifications

- Experience with high-pressure pipe welding and industrial piping systems

- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and welding procedures

- Ability to inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot welding equipment

Required Skills for Pipe Fitters:

- Experience in industrial pipe fitting, installation, and repair

- Ability to measure, cut, and modify pipes using hand tools and power tools

- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints and pipe schematics

- Knowledge of piping materials, welding procedures, and safety protocols

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
